Theoretic Basis and Technological Innovation
At present, there are two main ways to treat sewage and water supply. One is pressurized dissolved air flotation, the other is mechanical aeration flotation. These two methods mainly solve the problem of how air and water dissolve each other and how to release dissolved air and water effectively, but they do not solve the problem of fully mixing liquid, solid and gas three-phase materials, making the treated water unstable and affecting the treatment effect. WL-type eddy current air flotation machine mainly reforms the principle and structure of liquid-solid-gas three-phase mixture reaction. A good water treatment equipment must have three conditions: physical condition, chemical condition and flow condition. In the design process, the turbulence theory of fluid mechanics was used to add spoilers in the reactor of the equipment, which created the best hydraulic conditions for the flocculation reaction of air flotation, and made the flocculant, dissolved air water and sewage mix well to produce the best velocity gradient for the flocculation. At the same time, the principle of constant velocity, slow flow and non-disturbance is adopted in the process of suspension separation, so that the separation zone is in the state of constant velocity laminar flow, and the shear force of water flow on floc alum is less than its molecular affinity, so as to prevent the formation of flocs from breaking up again, properly increase the residence time of dross, and scrape slag under the condition of no disturbance, which can not only increase the concentration of dross, but also prevent the return of dross to the separation zone to Because there is no dissolved water releaser in the equipment, the requirement for the water quality of dissolved water is not high, so it is not necessary to pressurize dissolved air with treated clean water but with 20%-30% raw water, which not only improves the treatment capacity, but also achieves energy saving effect. Because the equipment has no moving parts and releasers underwater, there is no maintenance under normal conditions. The liquid level control of the dissolved gas tank is operated by automatic control and manual control, which improves the reliability and reduces the labor intensity.

The white water of paper machine contains a lot of fine fibers, adhesives, fillers and coatings. This part of suspended solids can be recovered and reused by micro-porous oblique net recovery device, and then enter the white water regulating pool. At this time, the COD of white water is 400-500 mg/1 and SS is 500-600 mg/1. The advanced treatment of white water is completely reused by WL-type eddy current steam floater. The treated water COD is less than 80 mg/1 and SS is less than 10 mg/1. Because of the small amount of suspended matter, it can be reused in the clean water tank of the paper truck without sand filtration. In order to prevent the accumulation of organic matter, 40% of the water flows to the clean water tank for use as clean water, and 60% of the water is reused in the second stage washing of the pulping workshop for pulp washing.

Secondary deinking and washing wastewater has complex composition, ink, filler, paint and so on. COD is about 800 mg/1 and SS is about 500 mg/1. After a short period of sedimentation in the regulating tank, it is treated by WL-type eddy current air flotation machine. The effluent is COD < 150 mg/1 and SS < 20 MG/1. It is used as a dilution water of deinking pulp.
Deep treatment of high concentration wastewater by biochemical and physical methods to meet the discharge standards for reuse
The pulp concentration of waste paper is over 12% after crushing by pulper. The pulp is diluted by treated water, then dewatered by side pressure and filter press. The COD of wastewater is up to 1600 mg/1 and SS is up to 800 mg/1. After horizontal flow sedimentation tank, the BOD and COD values are effectively reduced by biochemical method, and some fine suspended matter, color and odor are removed. The effluent COD is less than 150 mg/1 and SS is less than 20 mg/1. After the secondary sedimentation tank, a WL-type eddy current air flotation machine is added to reuse the advanced wastewater treatment part to a stage of slurry washing, and part of the water is discharged up to the standard. The wastewater of the whole system has been treated three times and recycled three times to achieve a better effect of pollution control and water saving.
