classification
1. Coated paper - Coated paper, which is coated and dried and calendered on the surface of base paper, can be classified into the following categories:
(1) Super Copper Printing Paper (A0): The highest grade copperplate paper coated twice or three times. The total amount of coating is over 25 g/m on each side. The gloss of the paper is over 80 degrees. The surface of the paper is very fine and smooth. The print is very clear and bright. It is suitable for high-quality printing products such as high-grade albums, high-price catalogues of products and important documents.
(2) Super-grade copperplate paper (A1): (according to the general classification standard of Japanese paper industry) high-grade copperplate paper with a coating of about 20 g/m on each side, with smooth and meticulous surface and excellent printing adaptability, such as high-white super-grade copperplate paper and crystal drill super-grade copperplate paper.
(3) Copper plate paper (A2): Copper plate paper is divided into one-sided and two-sided coatings. According to the classification standard of Japanese paper industry, the amount of coatings on each side is more than 10 g/m, which is one of the most commonly used papers in cultural publishing, advertising design, printing and binding, industry and commerce. It can be divided into one-sided and two-sided.
(4) Lightweight coated paper (A3): According to the classification standard of Japanese paper industry, coated paper with a coated amount of 7-10 g/m on each side, such as beige light coated paper.
(5) blunt-faced copperplate paper: Coated glossy copperplate paper with flour extracting surface, with gloss of about 20-40 and high printing gloss, such as super-grade snow-covered copperplate paper.
(6) Snow-coated copperplate paper: Flour-coated calendered copperplate paper with gloss below 20 degrees. The paper is soft, non-reflective and does not damage eyesight.
(7) Micro-coated paper: After coating and calendering with pigments, the uniformity and smoothness of paper surface are improved, and the ink-holding property of paper is improved without discoloration.
(8) Scribed paper: Printing paper directly coated on a paper machine, suitable for use in colour, set and monochrome printing products, such as beige scribed paper.
(9) Magazine paper: Light-coated calendered printed paper is the most commonly used type of paper in magazines at present, such as advanced magazine paper and snow magazine paper.
2. Daolin paper, a kind of printing and writing paper made from chemical pulp, is one of the most commonly used papers in cultural publishing, printing and binding at present. Daolin paper is named after blue-white Daolin paper and beige Daolin paper by adding dyes.
3. Mould papermaking - Printing and writing paper made from chemical pulp and part of mechanical pulp. The paper quality is slightly worse than Daolin paper. It has yellowish color, good brevity, strong pulling force and low price. It is widely used.
4. Coating paper is a kind of Daolin paper. It has strong toughness and rough surface. It can enhance the penetration and adhesion of the film. It has the functions of waterproof and moisture-proof, such as yellow coating paper.
5. Printing Paper - Mould Paper for Printing Books. Considering eye protection, the paper is mostly light beige yellow, and its characteristics are similar to those of general Mould Paper.
6. Drawing paper-paper microstrip opalescent, eye-friendly, strong brevity, rubbing resistance, no hair, strong water absorption and color rendering, graphite will not be smeared.
Certificate Paper - Strong fold-resistant paper for high-grade writing of valuable certificates and high-level documents and letters.
8. Poster Paper - Thin-pound sheet, suitable for posters, slogans, calendars and ten-line paper.
9. Typing Paper - Advanced Thin Paper for Typing and Copying, Suitable for Statements, Subpoenas and Letter Papers.
10. Bible Paper - Contains a large amount of titanium dioxide filler. It is light, opaque and suitable for the printing of Bibles, dictionaries or aeronautical bulletins.
11. Postal seal paper - one-sided bright paper for document copying and stamp packaging. The paper is extremely strong and has a strong luster on one side.
12. Cigarette paper-containing a large amount of calcium carbonate filler, so that paper burning due to the decomposition of calcium carbonate into carbon dioxide has a buffer effect, reduce the rate of chemical reaction, slow combustion
Thirteen. Grassin Paper - Paper that has been highly beaten and processed by a pressure calender. It is used in packaging, photo albums, Philatelic albums, etc.
Newsprint - Major raw material is ground wood pulp, whiteness requirement is above 55% GE, and proper oil permeability is required.
