I. Overview of High Frequency Screening
High-frequency skip screen is mainly used for the roughing and purification of pulp, and also for the treatment of pressure screen tail pulp. It is a necessary equipment in pulp and paper industry. The high-frequency skipping screen adopts the transmission mode of the bias wheel of the sieve frame and the flexible transmission connection. By making the high-frequency vibration of the sieve frame, the knot plastics and other coarse impurities in the coarse pulp are screened out, and the purpose of screening is achieved. The equipment uses spring as shock absorber, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, low production cost, small floor area and high production efficiency.

II. Structure and Working Principle of High Frequency Screen Jumping
The high frequency skip screen is mainly composed of screen frame, slurry feeding pipe, vibration system, vibration absorber, slurry groove and other components.
The slurry from the headbox rushes into the sieve frame through the feeding pipe, and the slurry and slag are separated through the sieve plate. The sifted pulp enters the pulp trough and is discharged from the pulp outlet, while the non-evaporated fibre impurities are discharged from the end of the sieve frame.
High-frequency skip sieve adjusts the slurry level of slurry tank through slurry level adjusting device. The slurry level affects the pressure difference and vibration damping of sieve frame in slurry screening.
The vibration of the screen frame is realized by two eccentric wheels mounted on the main shaft. The spindle is directly connected with the motor by a flexible coupling. When the motor drives the spindle to run, the screen frame is vibrated by two eccentric wheels on the spindle. The vibration absorber is supported by four springs, which has the advantages of simple structure and good practical performance. This machine can be divided into left and right mobile phones, users can adjust according to the actual situation. For the slag discharge end, the motor is left mobile phone on the left side of the slurry groove and right mobile phone on the right side.
The upper part of the high frequency skip screen frame is equipped with water spraying device, which can be adjusted according to the size of the sieve. There are eight sizes of sieve plate aperture, namely 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12 mm and two materials, namely 1Cr18Ni9Ti and A3 plates. Users can order according to their needs.
