I. Introduction
Qinyang Anshun Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. has developed a new generation of vertical belt filter press for sludge dewatering by researching the working principle and structure of existing filter presses, drawing on and absorbing German technology and experience. The device can continuously press and filter a large number of water-bearing materials, with high dewatering efficiency, high solid content of materials and low power consumption. It is widely used in sludge removal. Dehydration of water, liquor tank, pulp, coal slurry and other materials is a necessary equipment for sewage treatment process.
II. Working Principle of Dehydrator
The three-mesh belt sludge dewaterer is composed of two parts, the concentration section and the pressure filter section. The two parts are separately mounted on two racks and driven by two motors. Because the pressure filter section adopts vertical structure, it is closely connected with the concentrating horizontal structure, compact in structure, small in area and convenient in operation and maintenance. The belt sludge dewaterer is composed of a filter belt, a roller, a filter belt tensioning system, a filter belt bias adjustment system, a filter belt washing system and a filter belt driving system. According to the dewatering performance, it can be divided into four areas: gravity dewatering area, wedge pressing area, low pressure dewatering area and high pressure dewatering area.
1. Gravity dehydration zone
The gravity dewatering zone refers to a section of the sludge entering the hopper which is supported by the upper filter cloth. This area consists of two parts: one is the sludge concentration section, the other is the first half of the filter pressing section. In this process, the water in sludge is leached through the filter cloth by gravity, and the leachate is collected and recovered by the receiving tray.
2. Wedge Pressing Zone
In this area, the distance between middle and lower filter cloth is gradually narrowed to promote the pre-pressure dewatering of sludge. There are gravity dehydration and pressure dehydration in this area. In this working section, the wedge pressure angle of the equipment is adjustable. If the dewatering performance of sludge is good, it can be adjusted to 3 degrees, and if the performance is poor, it can be adjusted to 5 degrees to 7 degrees. On the premise that sludge is not extruded from both sides of filter cloth, the dewatering rate of sludge is increased as much as possible.
3. Low Pressure Dehydration Zone and High Pressure Dehydration Zone
These two working areas can be collectively referred to as press filter section in equipment. There are generally two types of layout of press rollers: P-shaped layout and S-shaped layout. The P-shaped rollers have the same diameter, straight filter belt, small contact surface between rollers and filter belt, short pressing time, high and strong pressure on sludge, which often causes hydrophilic sludge to run away from both sides of filter cloth. The S-shaped arrangement means that the rollers are staggered, the filter cloth is S-shaped, the contact surface between the rollers and the filter cloth is large, the pressing time is long, and the pressure on the sludge is small and moderate. The equipment is also S-shaped, but the diameter of rollers is arranged from large to small. The pressure of sludge on each roll axis is related to the strain of filter cloth and the diameter of roll axis. When the strain of filter cloth is constant, the pressure of sludge on the big roll axis is small, and the pressure on the small roll axis is strong. In order to prevent material from running off from both sides of filter cloth, the pressure applied on the filter cloth gradually increases from small to large, the moisture in the sludge is gradually removed, and the solid content is gradually increased. High, therefore, the diameter of rollers is larger in the front, smaller in the back and decreases gradually. In this way, the dewatering area can be divided into low pressure dewatering area and high pressure dewatering area to ensure that the water content in sludge can be produced by high pressure extrusion, so that the water content of mud cake can be reduced to less than 80%.
CHARACTERISTICS OF LTS BAND SLUDGE DEWATERER
1. Three-net arrangement is adopted to increase the length of gravity dehydration to achieve the effect of pre-dehydration and concentration. Make the equipment more compact and occupy less space.
2. Multi-channel sludge distributor, with uniform slurry on the net, can prevent sludge from running along the net.
3. The dewatering rollers are arranged vertically, and the rollers are arranged vertically on the central pillar. It is convenient to observe and repair, and the angle of the filter is large, and there is no moisture return.
4. The transmission adopts an infinite transmission with two-stage gear reducer, which has high speed accuracy, wide speed range, convenient speed regulation, stable operation and low noise, and achieves a low speed infinite speed change.
5. The use of stepless variable speed double-mesh synchronous transmission improves the service life of the filter belt and the applicability of the equipment.
6. The dewatering rollers are sealed with wide series of self-aligning roller bearings and high strength skeleton, which improves the service life of the equipment.
7. Flexible deviation rectification and wedge-shaped adjustment equipment improve the operation efficiency of the equipment.
8. High level of automatic control to reduce labor intensity.
